What does it mean?
Well it's obviously just a stylized drone flying above land in a cool polygon frame. Okay its actually more than just that. The "stars" represent both land and aerial uncrewed vehicles that are connected, perhaps in an alliance. They also represent different resellers coming together to form a trade alliance for better business practices in the industry.
I wanted to avoid more realistic looking drone/robotic imagery as I thought it looked tacky and could end up being outdated once designs start to change over time.
The hexagon frame is a nod to UVTs polygonal logo. Though UVT and UTA are two different organizations, would UTA even exist if you didn't start UVT? Probably not, so I think its cool to acknowledge that. I didn't go with an octagon because that would probably be too UVTy for other trade alliance members to display on their sites.
Zooming out a bit, the entire logo has a yin and yang type vibe that represents a balance needed in the industry between manufacturers and resellers. Both parties need to work together and not against each other to be successful.
Also it just looks pretty cool. Big, bold and simple. Imagine slapping one of these logos as a sticker on a brightly colored drone case or the back of a truck. Hell yeah.

The Submark.
The submark can be utilized as an accent piece, like a favicon.

Not a fan of the frame? We can ditch it and just rock the flying stylized drone and quarter circle land.
